Democrat Bernie Sanders slams Trump for selling weapons to India

“Instead of selling $3 billion in weapons to enrich Raytheon, Boeing and Lockheed, the United States should be partnering with India to fight climate change,” Sanders said in a tweet, the first by a Democratic presidential candidate on Trump's India visit. However, a former White House official defended the US' decision to sell arms and weapons to India.
