Challenge to Biden 'Cost of Carbon' policy dismissed

A lawsuit filed by Republican-leaning states that challenged the figures used by the Biden administration to calculate damages from greenhouse gases has been dismissed by a federal appeals court. The cost estimate of $51 per ton of carbon dioxide emissions will continue to be used as the policy development.
