भारतीय क्रिकेट कंट्रोल बोर्ड यानी बीसीसीआई को पाकिस्तान क्रिकेट बोर्ड यानी पीसीबी ने एशिया कप के ओपनिंग में आने का न्योता भेजा है. बीसीसीआई के पाकिस्तान टीम ना भेजने की वजह से ही उसके हाथ के एशिया कप के 9 मुकाबले निकल गए. अब श्रीलंका के साथ वह टूर्नामेंट होस्ट करने पर मजबूर है.
