
Archaeological findings at Manassas National Battlefield Park have led to the discovery of a young Union soldier's remains, believed to have been between 16 and 19 years old when he fought in 1862. The remains included four amputated limbs, shedding light on historical medical practices during war. To honor this fallen hero, his remains will be laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery, preserving the legacy of the Civil War.
